Why does the doll's makeup look different from the photos?
Even for the same doll model, makeup may appear slightly different
across photos due to:
- Visual variations caused by lighting and shooting angles
- Periodic adjustments and optimizations we make to the makeup
- Each doll's makeup being hand-painted, making every piece truly unique
Differences may appear in eyebrows, eyeshadow, eyelashes, hair, lipcolor,
etc. This is completely normal.
Will the sex doll's makeup come off?
We apply special treatment using long-lasting makeup (similar to a
protective coating layer). With normal use and handling, the coating will
gradually thin and fade over time—this is expected and normal.
Care Tips:
- Gently wipe the head area with a damp cloth (do not rinse with water)
- If you dislike the original makeup, you can remove it with makeup remover and apply your preferred style

Refer to the doll’s three measurements (bust, waist, hips). Consult any
clothing or lingerie store—they can recommend sizes based on standard
women’s sizing (most dolls fit S–XL range).
Customization & Production Time
How long does it take to customize a sex doll?
- Simple customizations (hairstyle, makeup, minor body adjustments): 3–7 days
- High-realism customization based on your provided photos: 15–18 days
We will send photos for your final confirmation before shipping.
Payment Related
Does the invoice contain any private/sensitive information?
No. Invoices show only the company name: Hong Kong Grace Profit —
no product names, doll descriptions, or store name to protect your
privacy.
Does Klarna support other currencies?
Currently, Klarna only supports USD payments. For non-US customers,
we recommend paying in USD or using other methods (credit card, Apple
Pay, Google Pay).
Why did my payment fail?
Common reasons:
- Your bank restricts cross-border/online transactions (contact your bank to enable)
- Card expired, invalid, insufficient limit, or frozen
- Klarna verification failed (unsupported currency or installment eligibility not confirmed)
Shipping & Logistics
What shipping methods do you use?
- In-stock dolls: Shipped within 2–5 business days (from US local warehouse)
- Out-of-stock or China origin: Air freight 6–10 business days
- Custom dolls: Production + sea freight approx. 30 business days (express air option reduces to about 1 week)
Photos sent for confirmation → Tracking number provided within 1–2
business days after your approval.
Why is there no tracking information yet?
This is common right after shipment—the tracking number hasn’t been
scanned by logistics yet. We take photos upon dispatch and notify you—
please wait 24–48 hours before checking again.
What if the package shows “delivered” but is actually missing?
Without insurance: Immediately contact the carrier (FedEx/UPS/etc.)
to file a formal loss claim. Once you receive official proof, forward it to
our support email—we will assist fully.
With insurance (strongly recommended): Contact us + your insurer
within 3 calendar days of reported delivery. Process:
- Obtain official loss proof from the carrier
- Send proof to our support email within 3 days
- We coordinate with the insurer to process your claim
We highly recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout.
Returns & Cancellations
Return / Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation within 6 hours after payment: Full refund (processed within 5 days)
- Cancellation after 6 hours but before shipment: 20% handling fee deducted
- After shipment or customer refuses delivery: Customer pays shipping + 20% handling fee; remainder refunded
- No returns on opened products (due to the intimate nature of the items)
